Fall is my favorite season in Saint Louis. Although this is very stereotypical, you really cannot beat a Saint Louis fall. It is not too cold and not too hot. It is a nice mix of switching back and forth between shorts and jeans and each day is a new adventure when trying to figure out what to wear. I wanted to share with you some fun and fall activities you and your friends can participate in this fall at Fontbonne.
The first thing is to just go explore Forest Park. It is beautiful to just be outside and watch the leaves change colors all around you. I am more than sure that you will be joined by lots of people walking dogs and enjoying the fall weather. Walking or paddle boating by Art Hill will allow you to see all of the beautiful colors.
Another way to explore fall around Fontbonne is to go shopping and/or out to eat in the Loop. It is nice to walk up and down Delmar when it is this nice outside.
Lastly, take a trip to the zoo. Although not every animal enjoys the fall weather as much as this human does, it is nice to be able to walk around the zoo and see the animals that are out and not break a sweat. A nice cup of coffee and walking around to see the animals seems like the perfect way to spend an afternoon.
Whether you’re looking for nature, food, fun, or animals, Saint Louis has a fall activity for you!
xoxo,
Claire
