It’s Thanksgiving Not Christmas.

Thanksgiving break was much needed. I needed time with my family, time away from Clayton and time away from school. I did not go home for break, but I went to North County to spend time with all my extended family. My parents are the odd balls that are still in Illinois. I love Thanksgiving. Great time with family and lots of food. Who wouldn’t like that?! But there’s a side of Thanksgiving that I do not like. For one black friday shopping was started on Thanksgiving. In my opinion that is really wrong. That is supposed to be a day about family not finding good deals for christmas presents. Another thing is that christmas decorations and music is up and being played way before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving deserves its time and does not need Christmas butting in. Well, that’s my rant for the day. I love Christmas don’t get me wrong, but it will have its’ time on December 25th.
