Greetings, blog-readers!
We’re smack in the middle of a scary point in the semester: the final stretch. There’s this exhilarating we’re-almost-done smell in the air, and all kinds of fun events are going on. A few nights ago I nearly froze to death at the Spring Dance at the Lemp Mansion, which was held on the patio despite 40-degree temperatures, and even though many people were dancing with their jackets on, it was a blast! This week, there’s Fontbonne Service Day on Friday, where different groups do service work in the Saint Louis area, and next Friday is SpringFest, a big day of fun on campus. Sounds like a great time of year, right?
The problem with all this, however, (or maybe it’s not a problem, just an added level of challenge to the situation) is that school is in full swing, and finals are – gasp – two weeks away!
