Rainy Day Playlist

I’ve said it on a previous blog post and I’m about to say it again: I love the rain. There’s nothing like being in your dorm room, doing homework to the sound of the raindrops softly tapping on the window. There’s only one thing that could make this scenario even better: the music of James Blake, introduced to me by my older brother. I wish that I could review his self-titled album as well as my brother did, but alas, I cannot, so here is the link to it on KSLU’s website (KSLU is SLU’s radio station). All I can say is that his music is perfect to listen to as the rain is steadily coming down.

Yes…this is the picture of serenity for me.

Unfortunately, finals week is approaching fast, which means I have a multitude of projects, quizzes, labs, tests, and presentations to freak out about. It also means I’ll be lugging around a ten-pound backpack all day in the rain, without an umbrella, once again.

Don’t let the torrential rains wash you away!
