Hmm, what am I most excited for?  Well, I’d say that I’m excited for spring.  While it feels like it’s already here, it’s just around the corner.  I love the feeling of the warm air and cool breeze (or vice versa) brush against my face, the smell of freshly bloomed flowers or rainfall, and the sight of all the plants springing back with all their vibrant colors.

My favorite kinds of plants that come around this time of year are bulb plants; crocuses, daffodils, snowdrops, grape hyacinths just to name a few.  I also love flowering trees, such as magnolias, which we have here on campus.

Do you guys like flowers?  What kind?  Is there a special reason why you like them?  Tell me in the comments below!

This weather we have been having makes me so so happy! The 60-70 degree weather is to die for, and I can’t wait until it is here all the time. This kind of weather makes the wait for spring a little unbearable, and I cannot wait. The April flowers are so gorgeous, and St. Louis in the spring weather is so charming. The Art Museum is opening their famous exhibit: “Art in Bloom,” and I am so excited to walk the halls of the art museum, the exhibit is absolutely breathtaking. Watercolor is one of my favorite art forms to do and to see. I encourage everyone to get outside this weekend, enjoy the beautiful weather. Also check out the “Art in Bloom” opening on February 24! I am most excited for the beautiful spring weather and a fabulous trip to one of my favorite St. Louis staples: the art museum!
