It’s Getting Colder…

by Kristen October 7, 2013

By the end of the summer, I’m always ready for fall to come, bringing an end to sweltering temperatures.  I love to wear boots, scarves, jackets and sweaters.  Layers are so easy to play around with for making new outfit combinations—and they’re perfect for transitioning between medium outdoor temperatures and sub-zero classroom temperatures.   So I […]

Going to college in St. Louis, you should be well aware that the weather changes quite frequently! The past couple of days the weather has been fairly bipolar. This weekend was absolutely gorgeous outside! I loved driving with my windows rolled down, and my music blaring, and being able to wear my shorts again! It […]

I’ve got another busy week ahead of me, which is the way I like it. Especially when the week is spent doing things I want and choose to do. Wednesday night, FAB (Fontbonne Activities Board) is hosting a free event at Wild Country. So, I will be line-dancing the night away in my cowgirl boots! […]

Fall is Afoot

by Alumni Posts September 17, 2012

The past few days have felt like heaven outside. The colder temperatures and rainy days make me so excited for fall. But I […]

I’m Not Trying to Lose My Mind

by Alumni Posts October 21, 2011

I woke up one morning last week and thought to myself, “I think we need a rainy day in the near future.” Finally! Despite the fact that I hate walking to and from class in this rainy haze since I don’t have any really warm clothes or an umbrella with me at school at the […]

The Weather Still Looks Fair to Me!

by Alumni Posts October 21, 2011

Lately it seems that I’ve been hearing an awful lot of baseball talk around Fontbonne. Come to think of it, I’ve also been seeing a lot of red. A lot of CARDINAL red. Yes, it seems that ever since the Cards clinched the Wild Card, everyone has jumped on the fair-weather-fan bandwagon. Wait, don’t get […]

Campus sickness

by Alumni Posts October 19, 2011

It seems to me like multiple people (including me) all get sick around the same time here at Fontbonne. Hmmm, I wonder why. Maybe because we all live in the same buildings, see each other everyday, eat together, hang out together, and very few people have medicine. Man i LOVE campus-wide diseases!
