If you’ve been following along, you know I constantly brag about what’s going on in my HES 221 Food Theory and Application Lab class. As I explained in my very first blog post, my partner and I will have to complete a Food Network Style Demo. In preparation for this demo, we have selected a recipe (Pumpkin Souffles) and completed two preparation trials. Yesterday, we completed trial number two, and I must say “practice makes perfect”! It was amazing how much better things came out the second time around. So proud!
